A quick note from the Global Routes Office: I had a great chat with Laurel this morning (our time) and she said the group had an amazing trek on Mt. Elgon. Gorgeous weather, steep hiking and a “Dr. Seuss” landscape made for a fantastic adventure. The group was in high spirits and resting at the base of the mountain for the night before continuing on with their adventures in Uganda. We’ll be getting a bona fide blog post from the group when they are next at an internet cafe but I wanted to share the news!
