Staff training is underway!

A quick reflection from Isaac, one of our Peru leaders for this summer:

The mist of the atmosphere settles lightly upon Windsor Mountain as we begin our orientation  and set out for an adventurous summer.  With spirits high and excitement shared among the leaders coming from many different walks of life, we have been exchanging ideas, having fun, learning from one another and preparing for our respective programs.  Though the preparations takes many forms, we share ideas about programs, teach each other new games and activities, and parse the details of our individual programs to prepare for minimal surprises.  Excitement builds as orientation proceeds, and we look forward to meeting the students with whom we will share our summer and many adventures.

Photos to come soon!

With a mix of getting to know the locals and playing more soccer in our free time.
