We heard from the Peru group today, just down from their trek through the Sacred Valley and ending at Machu Picchu. The crew trekked long hours up to over 13,000 feet, through the most beautiful vistas, along side llamas, and even meeting others along way. Alex, the group’s guide, said they were one of the fastest groups he has ever led. As a whole, they work together, support each other, and are having so much fun. Kim said today that they just cannot get enough of playing a game called “Contact”!

The group hiked through all elements, even reaching snow cover at one point. Once at Machu Picchu yesterday, the weather was a bit overcast, but this made for a spectacular, and magical site with the clouds enveloping the ruins so they disappeared and reappeared throughout their time there.

We are not going to write too much, for now, enjoy the photos below!
