Hello! I spent this past summer away from my beautiful home of Northern California, right across from the Golden Gate Bridge, in Costa Rica with Global Routes for four weeks. I had an amazing experience where I made very strong relationships with my fellow group members as well as with my host community. I was truly able to explore the world we live in and learned a lot about my self and others. I am currently a sophomore at Marin Academy with my favorite subject being Science, as well as History and Spanish. I love all things outdoors, especially taking my dog Caleb on hikes, surfing, swimming, and playing waterpolo. I also enjoy meeting new people, going to concerts, movies, cooking, traveling, volunteering, reading, learning about sustainability and feminism, and being with family and friends!
