Heading off to Piedras Blancas overnight

We just heard from Breezy who reports that the group has been working INCREDIBLY hard on their projects — typically eight hours a day. They have one of the bleachers fully completed now. Each day while most of the group has been working on their construction project, six students have been teaching English in the village school while others have been painting a 4-Square Court, a Hopscotch playing area and two murals.

So… with all that ongoing hard work, it was definitely time for a day off, so the group is right now heading off for an overnight camping excursion at Piedras Blancas, a beautiful swimming hole with a waterfall. There’s no rest for the weary, though, so their plan is to be back in their community by 11 tomorrow morning to get back to work.
