Dear Global Routes friends and family,<\/h3>\n

At last, Friday, June 13 has arrived and we have kicked off 2014 leader orientation! Our training\u00a0is hosted on the campus of Windsor Mountain International summer camp, our sister organization\u00a0in Windsor, New Hampshire.<\/p>\n

On Friday,\u00a0we\u00a0introduced ourselves to the camp grounds and staff, played games and ice-breakers to get to know one another, and developed a Full Value Contract – an agreement of standards of behavior for the duration of our orientation.\u00a0Our weekend is filled with activities, reflection, co-leadership exercises, program briefings, and\u00a0workshops of budget and documentation.<\/p>\n

Isaac, Della, Max, Chelsea, Kim, Kelsey, Brooke, Dan, Liz, and David are starting to get even more excited for their programs as they piece together the nitty-gritties of their programs. Here in the office Dianna and Alison are dazzled as programs and co-leader teams begin to take a shape of their own. Summer 2014 is officially underway, and we suspect\u00a0it’s going to be the best summer yet!<\/p>\n
