Global Routes is an industry leader in the field of experiential education. We have led over 10,000 students on immersive and transformative experiences abroad since 1967. Our primary mission is to support educators in their curriculum goals by facilitating exceptional global learning experiences.
In addition to offering 4-5 week open-enrollment summer programs for high school students, we also love working with schools, camps, and groups to design and develop custom programs and courses.
Our staff will develop a program based on your goals and selected region. From there, we’ll organize all the logistics and pre-departure support. On your travels, you’ll be led by our expert Overseas Educators, our team of highly-experienced in-field travel leaders who will make your program magical!Â
Each custom program we design is unique. We use the foundation of our global partner network to craft a trip itinerary that encapsulates the tenets of our Global Routes programs:Â

We craft and facilitate transformative journeys for educators, administrators, and group leaders—essentially, anyone leading a group with a keen interest in experiential education as a means of fostering deep personal growth. Whether working with university students or guiding young campers, Global Routes develops age-appropriate curricula designed to ignite curiosity and promote profound learning experiences.
Flights are not included in tuition costs. When you receive a custom program proposal from our program designers, it will include the per-student pricing without airfare. While some groups choose to book their own group flights, we do offer group flight booking for an additional cost for those who need it.Â
Two chaperones are included at free tuition for all group sizes.
